I bought a house in Sydney from this agent a few years ago and I as a buyer was impressed with his professionalism hence I picked him to sell my house. Selling this house was challenging because I moved to Brisbane now. The house needed a lot of work such as roofing, kitchen tile, floor replacement, painting, fence repair, rain water gutter repair, full house lighting replacement, blind replacement, etc. He facilitated with the builder all the way through.
