We went with Rheanna because she has a lovely manner and seemed confident that she could sell our property for over $599 000. Numbers at the open homes were limited and she advised to lower the price. Numbers increased slightly but offers were lower than we expected. We ended up accepting $45000 less than our original asking price. We were inexperienced and as it turns out we probably should have gone with a more experienced agent. We often had to follow up after open homes for feedback. She also wouldn’t contact the buyer to organise an extra couple of hours in the property despite being our agent. She did refer us to an excellent mortgage broker
