When I decided that it was time to sell my property, the Taylors Property team (who I rent it through) put me in touch with Rhett. I live in the Northern Territory, so the entire process was over the phone or email. Rhett's marketing strategy I felt was good for the type of house/property it was without going over the top. Professionally - Rhett had great communications - neither too little or too much and responded quickly to any queries or concerns, even later at night (as I was travelling overseas during the final negotiations. Ultimately, he ended up secured me a sale that I was very happy with and handled negotiations well. I felt some aspects of the open home showings were a little too relaxed in the beginning as I had a few cleanliness concerns reported to me by acquaintances that inspected the property. This was brought to Rhett's attention and promptly addressed by himself and the property management team who managed a difficult situation with the current tenant. I felt Rhett handled the situation with deftness and precision, even when emotions were running high. It was a testament to his personable character and exceptional people skills, for which I am very thankful. Overall - Rhett was professional and easy to get along with, managed a tricky sale process and ultimately got a great result.
