Rhiff was actually a breath of fresh air as far as real estate agents go. I’d been looking for about 8 months so I’d had some experience by this time. He was relaxed , calm, not pushy or desperate, and actually listened carefully to my questions about the property and what and why I was looking to buy. Given agents are generally representing the vendor this was a nice change and believe it or not fairly rare from a buyers point of view. He was also great at returning my emails and messages and seemed to have a good relationship with the owner also which made things easier when there were more specific questions she could answer.
