A week before handover, Rhonda alluded to me that the reticulation at the back of the property was not functioning. (The property was managed along by the same property management company and this issue was not brought to ours attention!) That created a problem for us, and Rhonda in hers initiative arranged for a reticulation guy to fix it immediately (all on settlement date)! Just by this action we would strongly recommend Rhonda.
