Rhonda has been a truly brilliant agent with the purchase of this home, and I was very impressed by her professionalism, she had information ready to go for the property, at her fingertips, clearly well prepared. This was a breath of fresh air in the initial property searches when I'd ask other agents if they knew rates or other data on the homes they were presenting and would more likely than not be told they'd have to get back to me. Rhonda communicated timely and efficiently, did not try to oversell but was honest and upfront about the properties good (- and bad) points, calling a spade a spade which I also appreciated (again, better than exaggerated claims which many other agents are prone to). I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property, she is credit to her agency.
