I had to go into a nursing home and my sister and brother in law contacted Rhonda on my behalf to help sell my unit in Gatton. From the moment they met Rhonda she displayed a thorough knowledge of the market and discussed the current difficulties with marketing at the time (this was during Covid 19 shutdown) ie open houses were not able to he held, but gave us some ideas to put forward my unit in a positive way. She arranged for an online 'virtual tour' of the unit which was so realistic. Not only did she give regular feedback, she even arranged minor repairs to be done on my behalf to the unit prior to a sale (minor paint jobs, updating the smoke alarms, and plumbing issues). She even contacted appropriate tradesmen on my behalf to do these jobs and arranged for the invoices to be sent to my sister for payment. Rhonda also opened the unit for the tradesmen to get access, supervised them and securely closed up the premises when they had finished. She was amazing. My sister and brother in law live in a different town, so it was a great help that Rhonda was prepared to organise all this on my behalf. I would recommend Rhonda to anyone wanting an agent who responded promptly to their need to list, promote and sell their property and who want to deal with an agent who would give honest, respectful, country friendly and prompt attention to their needs. Rhonda even visited me in the nursing home to make sure I fully understood the processes involved with listing and selling my home unit, which was a pleasant surprise. You went over and above what I expected of an agent Rhonda, and thank you very much for the successful sale of my home.
