My experience with Property & Co, particularly with Rhonda, has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Rhonda was dishonest and manipulative throughout the entire sale process and failed to follow through with the terms outlined in the contract of sale and settlement agreement, leaving us to deal with unresolved issues entirely on our own. On top of that, Property & Co’s property management practices have been appalling. They have charged fees to both the tenant and the landlord for the same services, which is completely unethical and unacceptable. I am now left dealing with the financial and administrative consequences of their mismanagement. There has been a consistent lack of accountability, integrity, and professionalism from both Rhonda and the agency. Rather than acting in good faith or supporting their clients, they have demonstrated a pattern of self-interest and disregard for contractual obligations. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Property & Co or Rhonda to proceed with extreme caution, document every interaction, and verify all commitments independently.
