Rhonda is a marvellous agent, always acting in her client's best interests (which is not as common as it should be). At the initial meeting, we canvassed a number of approaches to selling the property and she provided advice on each scenario we outlined. Fortunately, we accepted her recommendation to overhaul the property and she, and her office, provided complete project management. Having two agents working on the property (the other being Benjamin Martin) and accessible for ad hoc phone calls was ideal. As the sale was due to a death in the family and we were a little fragile, we were grateful for her "shielding" us from the day to day dramas. The communication and update on prospects feedback was regular and measured. Our only regret is that our next property to be sold is outside of her area of expertise.
