We are first home buyers and to have Rhys as our agent made the whole process streamlined and as least bit stressful as possible. Whilst he was excellent in every aspect of the service he provided the following stood out to us. COMMUNICATION After dealing with a number of Agents in the region that didn't even bother to respond to texts, emails or phone calls requesting basic information on a property (Price guide, inspection times, houses currently under offer, etc) Rhys was very easy to contact from the initial enquiry and very responsive (less than 24 hours) in coming back to us with information from the vendors or steps we needed to take in order to secure the property. The fact he was willing to send a text on a Saturday evening providing an update from the Vendors and happy to take a phone call on a Sunday morning was evidence of his commitment to helping facilitate the sale of the property. INTEGRITY Rhys was open and honest about the expectations of the vendors, the interest in the property from other potential buyers and the timeline of the sale. It was refreshing to deal with someone that, from our perspective, was not withholding information or coy in the manner in which they answered questions about the properties we had in our sights. We would highly recommend him again and will intend to engage him for any real estate endeavours we will be undertaking in the future.
