This sale was a very difficult task as we engaged Rhys when we were looking to sell my Aunt’s unit in TALLAI to finance her pending having to go into full time care where she wanted to go. Rhys was extremely helpful and very caring and thoughtful when guiding us through a very difficult time. However my Aunt passed away in hospital before she could take up her occupancy in the Nursing Home. My Aunt bequeathed her unit to me when I had become very ill and again Rhys steered me and my daughter through the waiting period for Probate and then selling the unit. He has shown compassion and kept us informed during the arduous and long process especially as I am 85 and not as digitally savvy these days!!
