When selling is emotionally difficult, do it the easy way with Rhys
Thirteen months after my husband died I knew it was time to move on because one person in a four bedroom family home was hard with the upkeep and memories.
We had had been in this home as a family of four plus three beloved dogs for nearly thirty-four years and it had seen two twenty-first birthdays and a huge engagement party as well as many overseas and interstate family as well as other visitors.
It was suggested that I get in touch with Rhys Christofa who would look after me and advise on every twist and turn along the way. This is exactly what happened and after two Saturday viewings and a Thursday afternoon viewing as well as a person who came back twice during the week, Rhys managed an offer too hard to refuse. I certainly didn’t want to be greedy, I wanted an amount that would cover my future plans and not betray the value of the house which has been our family home for so long.
Rhys provided the people we needed at the time so far as a wonderful handyman/ gardener who smartened up little bits and pieces around the house and in the garden (as I said previously, too large for one person with the upkeep) and once we had finished with the cooling off period suggested a removalist with whom I am dealing now.
Rhys cares about his clients, he is at the end of the phone during the day and evening, ready to clear up and settle your queries which inevitably come when you are selling and become ‘mountains’ in the middle of the night. I am now nearing the end of the process which was like Mount Everest to me when we started but Rhys has been there for me and I am forever grateful to him!!
In saying all of this, I will end where I started and say ‘when selling is emotionally difficult, do it the easy way with Rhys’ and now go and pack another box for the move. Thank you so much Rhys.
