Rhys was great until we had an issue with the bank and it's paperwork. We tried on multiple occasions to contact Rhys and most of the time he screened my calls and replied with a text message after listening to my voicemail! This was an extremely stressful time and when we asked Rhys about the legislation around if we could not settle in time he did not know and said hopefully it all works out - not great when we could have lost over $50k if we did not rush the bank and lawyers to get it done in time. Even on settlement I received a text asking if it was all going to happen and replied suggesting to call me and don't appreciate msgs in such an urgent situation, not really professional! We also contacted the principal in regards to this and he did not call me back or respond to my concerns. All in all it could have been handled better by the whole office of First National.
