Great Agent!!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a wonderful home from Rhys. Take note : I had been looking for around 6 months for that perfect family home and I have had the pleasure of meeting and speaking to several agents during this time and one might say some where professional, helpful and genuine, but ti be frank, the majority I found to not be experienced, pushy and very unprofessional. I was actually getting to the point of why even bother, then I came across a property that caught my eye and I contacted the listing agent Rhys right away. He was prompt, honest and efficient which in hind-site allowed me to make a market value offer and ultimately closed the deal in a timely manner. Throughout the process Rhys remained helpful and gave me assistance when needed. My experience as a buyer over exceeded my past experiences and expectations.
