RHYS WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND WAS VERY "HANDS ON"

We had our property list with another agent for two months with two contracts not settling. When we met Rhys he offered to act on our behalf as we wanted more so than "his way". He guided us through his thoughts and together we came up with th best plan for marketing our property. Interest was high immediately and as he listed our property as Premium it was continually brought to the top of the pages on realestate.com.au. The information we received from Rhys and the agency was premium. Every time he had an enquiry he told us about it, after open houses he phoned to say what the prospective buyers represented and what the outcomes of ehe day were - e.g. whether visitors thought price was fair etc. Great feedback. We received weekly computer generated reports showing the interest in the property, but Rhys's regular personal calls advising of "the state of the polls" was fantastic. We knew exactly what was happening every step of the way and managed to sell to a first home buyer, which was what we wanted as it was our family home. Rhys introduced us to the buyer upon his/our request and we were able to personally detail the pros and cons of the property. It was a very friendly honest sale and we were glad to be able to meet the buyer and give him our details for further follow up regarding warranties, farming the banana plants and even handing over choko recipes. I would HIGHLY recommend Rhys for your real estate sale and purchases as he is very honest, genuine, knows the area well, very personable and listens to what the customer wants and acts on it. If we buy again in the area we would certainly use Rhys to get us the right property at the right price. Feedback on property was unreal all the way through and Rhys was hands on right through returning calls and emails promptly and efficiently and getting straight onto things that needed attention, taking pressure from us as we knew he "was onto it: and it would be sorted.
