From the beginning and throughout the process Ric lied, misinformed and deceived, even to the point of getting the Remax Property manager to back up his deceit. In hindsight, I should have never employed Ric or sacked him within the first few weeks. He denied what he said about his original value of the house, then during the process indicating a higher rental value than would ever be obtained and got the property manager to back him up on it. When a buyer came along We questioned if he was working for us or the buyer. then to top it off he arrived at our new house he invited himself through our new house as though it was going to be another property to list. Ric may sell many houses but is only commission focus and has no real people skills.
