Ricardo was the seller’s property agent, and we were the buyer. Even though he didn’t work for us, he helped us greatly through the stressful buying process. He was very approachable friendly, responsive and would always give you a call back. Also, he has exceptional marketing skills. I feel like he is only person in Townsville who uses WhatsApp which was important for us as we live outside of Townsville.
