Richard sold my father's house recently. We were very happy with him as he not only kept in touch throughout the campain with my father, but also with other family members. We were affected by the lockdown, but that didn't deter Richard he forged ahead and sold my father's house for a good price that we were very happy with. Richard worked hard to sell my father's property and was repectful to my father throughout the campaign. We would highly recommend Richard Ali.

Richard was very professional from the start of our sale to the end. Very engaging and lovely to deal with. His knowledge of our area and clientele showed he understood the demographics of the area.

Professional efficient prompt and friendly gained the results as promised .

We had seen two other agents before Richard and when meeting with Richard he gave us good advice and made us feel comfortable as the property was our deceased parents family home for over 50 years. He was engaging and very professional. When it came too the auction not only was Richard involved he also had Roy khoder by his side. We were extremely happy with the Auctions outcome but also with how the men were very professional and also very personal. After our action had taken place Richard had to run off to a couple auctions, however he called and returned back to the home after a days work to apologies for not being able to stay after the auction. This meant so much to me and my family and I would highly recommend Barry plant to anyone and everyone who is wanting to sell a property. Thank you so much Richard if you even had 10 stars I would of giving you that.
