Very good auctioneer who obviosly enjoys his work

I found Richard very honest and most obliging in all aspects of the pre-sale. He always gave a sober estimate of the property and as a consequence my sister and I were extremely pleased with the result. He was a very good auctioneer and his support staff on the day were great. I would recommend him to anyone. I liked him as a person and felt he was looking after us. I wish him the best of luck in the future. Jennifer Millar
