Truly went above and beyond expectations

We've always been concerned about the level of professionalism and genuine effort real estate agents put into selling a property. This meant we were rather worried about how we'd go with our selling experience. We went with Richard Baini and his team because he had a solid reputation from a number of people we spoke to in the area. The start of the campaign didn't go quite to plan due to market conditions, but Richard and Vivek pivoted multiple times and genuinely worked very hard (and kept us well informed all the way) to bring five registered bidders to the auction, achieving an outcome that was above our reserve with which we were very happy.
