Richard helped the reviewer sell this property

Attention to detail and kind understanding

As executrix, the prospect of selling my late father's apartment was particularly daunting for myself and family. Richard Barker was incredibly professional, respectful of our situation and assisted over and above with detail in preparation for the auction. I found his submission as to the marketing schedule very sensible and efficient. In my role I had to confer with Richard Barker many times throughout the marketing campaign and he was always very diligent and helpful. The result on the day very satisfying for all concerned with the estate. I thank Richard for his support throughout and have no hesitation in recommending his services.
