I found Richard Bastable to be helpful and always ready to talk about the sale but sometime a little more thought for the vendor as apposed to pleasing the purchaser, especially when the purchaser is asking for ridiculous condition's.I realize that it's a very hard thing to please everyone all the time. Otherwise I found Richard to be everything you would expect of an upcoming Real Estate Agent .and I'm sure that he will go far in his choice of career.
