He is not only a good sales man but an excellent human. I went though a really hard time with my ex husband he was an addict and it took its toll on me. Richards support and willingness to go the extra mile by taking indicative with things and giving me excellent guidance helped me not only get a good deal but really helped my stress levels when I needed it most.
