Our experience with Richard and the team at Bolton was refreshingly seamless from start to finish. The initial discussion with Richard was very informal, and there was no pressure for us to sell at all which we very much appreciated. Richard demonstrated excellent knowledge of the market, and the offer we received on our home (although we were surprised by it) was in line with what he advised us to expect. Richard and the team have gone above and beyond to help us including meeting trades when we could not be home during completion of the finishing touches to our home. He kept in regular contact with us and facilitated quick responses to any questions that arose by liaising between us and the buyer. We believe that Richard achieved the best price for us in the current market. Property transactions can be very stressful, but thankfully the team at Bolton were able to alleviate this for us, making for a very pleasant transaction. Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend Richard, Amanda and the team to anyone, and would seek their expert advice again regarding any future purchase/sale.
