Richard has been so genuine and thoughtful throughout the whole sales process. My husband and I are first home buyers, who didn't really know where to begin and Richard took the time to explain the process, ensured that we did our own due diligence, such as finding a trustworthy conveyancer and completing a building inspection. He took time out of his day to make the whole experience so exciting and was honest with us the whole time. Such a rare find in a real estate agent!

Very poor and horrible customer service . Hardly ever picks up the phone or responds to the messages . Have complained him for “ underquoting “ with the consumer affairs task force. Quoted a property extremely low just to attract bidders. As a buyer , I know agents quote a little bit less but this was extremely underquoted. Do yourself a favour please stay away from him and ray white werribee . They do not care one bit about buyers , rude , manipulating and extremely unprofessional .
