Richard has over 20 years in sales as a business owner, the MD of the J R Team, and circa 15 years selling homes as a lead agent, Richard’s expertise when selling a property is reflected in his results, and his loyal clients who use him over and over again. During his real estate career, Richard has adapted to his client’s needs through different markets, and has sold properties from the affluent Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, CBD and beach side suburbs of Sydney, down to the NSW South Coast, and up to Queensland’s Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. His experience also includes acquiring and selling development sites from $5 million to $50 million for leading developers across the country who trust Richard to close complex and long negotiation deals. Moving from Sydney over 6 years ago his family has embraced the Sunshine Coast and Noosa and the coastal lifestyle it allows for his young and busy family. Richard honed his skill from the best of the best and then tweaked his approach to create a genuine, unique and world class selling service that his clients benefit from.
