Richard gave us 120% effort into helping us achieve a good price for our property. Following the passing of my father, my brother and I were faced with an seemingly insurmountable task in getting the property ready for sale. Richard was in lock-step with us every step of the way (even coming in to assist with some of the heavy work in pulling down an old fern shed!) and heavily marketed the property with open days all getting good traffic through, even up to the day of sale. Richard showed he was more than just a standard agent, going above and beyond what I expected an agent to do. I’m happy that no other agent would have put as much effort, and care, into helping us in the sale of the family home.
