Richard is incredible and very professional agent. It's our first selling, but not our first agent. Before selling it, we met with a few agents to get a sense for the way they do business and we tried to sell our house with another agent. After 2 months with our house on market we couldn't see selling it, due the horrible experience with "X" agent. However, we decided to change agent and we tried it again with Richard.
