I have taken my time (12 months in Feb) to write this review - I did not want to still be emotional when I wrote this. The fact is, the disappointment is still there and I often wish we had never bought the property due to such a bad experience. I would have loved to have given Richard 5 stars and indeed up to and including the signing of the contract, he did provide 5 star performance. However, the day after the signing he advised he provided us with wrong information on the property - which should we wish to fix this would cost us some $60,000. I do appreciate his honesty in coming forward and his agreement to compensate us a small amount from his commission due to his error; from that point forward Richard’s attitude and service went from 100% to bare minimal and even was hostile. He did not procure all external keys from the owner as required by WA law and when the owner took fittings which per the contract were to remain, he clearly informed us that he was not happy at any request we had because he was in effect “working for free”. There were numerous other issues I could list about his aftersales service and attitude but I don't want to rant and rave here. Lets just say, totally disappointed and the sting still remains.
