We can highly recommend Richard Clucas. Richard and his team provided amazing service and communication at each stage of our sale. We chose him for his knowledge and understanding, professionalism, presence in the market and negotiating skills and he did not let us down. Richard is an agent you can trust to deliver the best possible result.
Richard and his team helped to sell my property. I would like to give my enormous compliment to him and Alice. They are really professional team and make everything very organised. Good communication and execution which are really rare in the market. I think those characteristics make Richard very successful in the suburbs he is working on. The most important thing Richard expressed me is that he is always thinking. He really think about how to sell the property rather than regularly running home open and waiting for buyers coming up. Richard told me "it was worth every penny". When the transaction completed, I can say he is right. Richard's suggestion was valuable. There is no doubt Richard will become a very successful agent in the market and just like other famous names we heard in Perth. I would like wish him and his team all the best and having a very very prosperous future.
Richard and Alice were great to work with on the sale of our property. From day one to settlement day, they kept us in the loop and nothing was too much trouble. We were happy with the quick sale of our house and would recommend Richard and Alice. They provide an excellence service and really care about giving their clients a good experience.
Having returned to Perth after four years in Brisbane we had decided to sell our family home in Perth and return back to Brisbane. To do so we needed to engage a real-estate agent which is always a daunting task. There are a number of real-estate companies up to the job and the final choice for me came down to the agents, the individuals, themselves. Trust! I feel it’s all about trust. I’m entrusting the value of one of my largest assets with this individual. I’m trusting his market knowledge, his negotiating skills, his communication skills, and above all I need to be able to trust his honesty in dealings with myself and my buyers. Having now completed the sale of our house I can say Richard has exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Both my wife and I have felt very comfortable with Richard from our first meeting to our final glass of champagne at settlement. He’s a committed, energetic, professional who understands the value of building integrity into all of his dealings. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to others.
Richard and Alice have been great to deal with throughout the home buying process and have gone out of their way to drop off/collect documents and ensure the process is as smooth and easy as possible. Would recommend them both for a stress free purchase experience
Richard was an excellent communicator and made the whole process very clear and simple. We sold at the price we wanted after our first weekend. The marketing plan was very effective, and the staging company that Richard recommended was great. Richard has amazing local knowledge of the Doubleview area and connected us with our buyer as he knew who was looking in the area. Great agent, would highly recommend him.
My partner and I bought our first house through Richard and his team. His communication throughout the whole process was excellent and either him or Alice would respond to all of our questions in a prompt and clear manner. We would definitely recommend buying a house through Richard and we would certainly consider using Richard when it comes time to sell (hopefully in many years time)!
Richard was amazing through the whole sale process. He was was a true professional and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to sell their property.
Richard was professional, energetic and hardworking. He was well supported by Alice and the rest of the team. Despite some ups and down with the offers we received Richard maintained his enthusiasm and positive approach throughout and had excellent communication. Happy to recommend Richard & his team.
Realistic, efficient and great communication, I would highly recommend Richard for his professionalism
We couldn't have engaged a more professional, friendly and hard working agent to sell our home. The process from start to finish ran like clockwork and he was well supported by Alice and the rest of the team. Thanks again!!
Whilst searching for a property I met Richard at a few home opens. He was knowledgeable and courteous and took notice of exactly what we were after in a house. He was excellent in keeping in touch and managed to find a home that suited us perfectly. Well done.
