From the first meeting we felt Richard was the right person to sell our home. He came across extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. He outlined a plan to sell our house (for a price higher than we expected) and executed it. Once we were ready for market, Richard basically moved into our house. He was working around the clock (literally!). He, and Alice, communicated extremely well throughout the process - we never had to ask to be kept in the loop.
