When working with Richard, it always felt like we were his top priority, and he always made the time to provide advice, guidance and whatever else we needed. There were various speedbumps outside of Richards control, and he always did everything he could to provide assistance and support throughout the process, and was very understanding of my kids (who weren't the most excited about the sale).
