I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard and his very efficient team. He was very obliging and accommodating at such short notice and worked through the night and on public holidays to make the deal happen for me. He is very knowledgeable of the market and is quick and clever with a really sincere happy personality to match. His staff are also wonderful to deal with, especially Sharon Leong, who both kept me up to date with everything that was happening from the beginning to the end of my purchase.
