Very happy with our new purchase.

We recently purchased an investment property and Richard Clucas was the agent. I have to say he made the whole experience a really enjoyable one. Very upfront. It had been some time since I had purchased back in the Perth Market and I have to say it restored my faith. We really liked the fact that there were a number of interested parties and we all put our best offers in on the day and a decision was to be made. It was just very clean cut and no going back and forth. That too of course was the seller working with the agent, but they worked well together and as a result it also worked well for us as the buyer.
