Every now and then, you come across someone who restores your faith in something....and Richard was this person! After constant bad experiences with agents in our area, we came across a home we loved, and an agent I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and everyone! Richard was open, honest, professional, but most importantly he was genuine and caring for both the vendor he was representing and us as buyers.
