I would definitely recommend Richard to sell or look for a property for you ! I have recently brought a unit off Richard and he went above what a real estate agent would do. I could not get to my unit from brisbane to let my mum and the removalist into my new place he dropped everything and met my mum there and let her in. Also was having trouble with my tv connection and thought it was the aerial so called a Richard to see if the old owner had trouble he got in contact straight away and also came over to fix the problem ! Very friendly and kind and will go out of his way for you and your family. Thanks again Charisse
