Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Richard is an agent who finds it appropriate to talk about his personal life and overshare to try and distract you from raising any questions. In response to any question he is more than happy to outright lie and then later blame the vendor at the cost to you (the Buyer). Don' expect Richard to perform any admin/paperwork properly (like a contract of sale) as even this seems beneath him and he is unable to perform correctly. Once settlement was complete Richard advised us the Vendor wasn't yet moved out so "Drag your feet" and then failed to respond to any calls/texts for the rest of the day. Beyond disappointing to receive this from any agent but particularly one who has been in the industry for so long is ridiculous!
