As a purchaser of a property in QLD I found Richard to be a very honest, transparent and reliable real estate agent. Even after the contract had been signed and agreed by both parties he continued to make regular phone calls to myself through the buying process and at no stage did I feel he was being dishonest or biased with his discussions and advice. His knowledge of the area and the property itself was far better than expected and I thoroughly recommend his service. Due to his high level of service we decided to lease the property through his agency and so far the service has been superior!
