Nothing was too much trouble for him and his communication through the entire process has been exemplary. Richard would always answer/reply to calls and texts. Richard was particularly helpful for the final stages of the sale and settlement. I highly recommend Richard for his professionalism, communication and trustworthiness.

Buying or selling a house in the past has been far from enjoyable. Not really knowing if you could take the agent at their word, knowing if they have really understood you and your needs. I first met Richard whilst looking at some houses he was selling in Coomera Waters, never having met Richard prior to this my first interaction with him was fantastic. His knowledge of the house he was selling was extensive and knew all the answers of question I had about the area and property. When I told him I we were looking at selling he offered to come and do an appraisal however was by no means pushy in anyway. After seeing Richard at a couple more homes he took my details and made sure to contact me anytime a house that matched what we were looking for came up. My wife and I decided to get a couple different agents around to give them a chance of selling our house, whilst Richard was at our house he was genuinely impressed with what we had to offer and at no time tried to pressure us in to signing up with him (like other had done). His preparation prior to coming to see us was outstanding with details of other sales in the area and details on current market trends to help us make a decision on how to move forward. The sale was a stress free and the communication from Richard never stopped, the work he put in to assist with the sale has been second to none. This was the 4th house we have sold and most definitely the easiest agent and company to work with. I highly recommend anyone wanting to sell to get Richard, Jason and Raine and Horne to assist, we truly feel they are genuine and honest agents and you don’t get that often with salesmen!

Went on the market quietly and had offers. Richard and Jason assured us we would get more. Put it on the market, first open at 12 noon and sold by 4pm the same day for more then we expected!!!! I drove them both crazy as I am ex real estate (and bossy) but they guided us through, told me to breath on more than one occasion and dealt with everything in a highly professional manner. The agency through out, all return calls, and were exceptional with advice of an area that i was extremely unfamiliar of, things are stressful enough, with covid and boarder closure to obtaining passes long distances needed to travel, all the staff and the principal were able to assist give the details and information required.
