100% Professional, great market knowledge and his communication after inspections was immediate

Richard was recommended to us and we can see why. His professionalism in his dealings was beyond reproach. We found Richard extremely knowledgeable regarding the market and we felt confident in leaving our home in his hands to sell. As it was a $3 to $4 million dollar property he was determined to reach out overseas with the advertising. The Brochure he prepared could only be described as amazing. He had a 'walk around' video made of the interior and also drone video in daylight and at dusk - also amazing. Richard assured us that he would not ask us to sell below our asking price as he felt that the right buyer would know the value of the property. He communicated with us immediately after inspections to let us know how many buyers attended and what they thought of the property. He always followed up with the buyers who had visited the property. Richard was never 'pushy' in any way, both with us and the buyers, which was much appreciated. Richard has a delightful demeanour, cheeky happy laugh, positive attitude and is well spoken, and was always reassuring when we became a little disheartened. A very likeable person and extremely honest. He and his staff were always punctual for inspections, and Richard was always smartly dressed and well groomed, which surely would be appreciated by all buyers who came to view the property. Another positive that endeared him to us, was that anytime was a good time to contact him, and, if he was unable to speak because of appointments etc he always left a text and rang as soon as he possibly could. I would highly recommend Richard Edmundson to anyone who would like an honest, reliable, flexible, professional person to sell their property. They wouldn't be disappointed. Richard worked 'above and beyond the call of duty' to sell our property and he never thought for a moment that he would fail to do so. Patience is his virtue.
