Richard gave us good advice regarding pre-market preparation of the property. His marketing material and analysis tools were most comprehensive . He was extremely attentive to our needs and did whatever he could to assist the family He expended additional time and energy when there were some difficulties getting to settlement and put himself out to assist the family and to ensure that the purchaser was kept informed during delays. The delays were of a legal nature and in no way related to any Agency issues. His professionalism was unquestionable. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard to assist us in securing the sale for the family.

Richard is a very practical and personable man who doesn't have a hint of used car salesman about him unlike some other agents in the Fairview Park area.
