I've known Richard for around 7 years and have bought and sold a number of properties through him. Generally speaking I don't have a high regard for Real Estate agents but Richard would have to be the exception. He is extremely knowledgeable as he has been in the industry for many years, he always gets straight back to me (and has v good communication skills), he is a very good negotiator (and that's what it's all about) and he is friendly and approachable.
