Humble and honest

You can easily tell when an agent is doing his/her job for the sake of doing their job, and you can tell when they are doing it out of passion. Richard here is one of the rare agents we were fortunate to meet in our 5 month house-hunting journey, who we felt was genuinely passionate about finding the right home for the right buyer.
