Richard was excellent in all aspects relating to the sale of our house! right from the start he was knowledgeable of the market. he knew how to advertise the property to obtain the best price and above all his negotiation skills were outstanding (that's what it all comes down to...negotiating the best possible price for your home!) he was friendly, approachable and professional. i truly believe if it were not for Richard we wouldn't have got the price we did! i cannot praise Richard and the whole Gittoes team enough! we have purchased from Richard and bought from him and knowing what he was like from both perspectives.....wow absolutely outstanding! i would recommend him to everyone!!
