I've now been on both ends of the Property Market stick with many ups and downs along the way. Be sceptical of Estate Agents, but not this one! Richard was approachable and honest from the 'get-go'. His demeanour and willingness to answer my novice questions meant I bought property through his agency. (GITTOES) Upon consideration of selling my property again, Richards' willingness to provide any and all information equipped me when deciding to sell through his agency. I consider Richard to be an Agent who loves his job(not possible agency commissions) and the people of his local area wether they be selling or buying. He was professional, realistic and reliable - I bought property with Richard at the best price point, he also managed to sell my property with higher than expected returns!!
