Richard was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. This was our first home buy and so we were probably more needy than most, but there was never any difficulty in getting answers out of Richard. His communication between us and the vendors was excellent - which meant that we were able to establish a positive/ collaborative relationship with them throughout the process.
