I liked Richard because I trusted him. Lots of estate agents look and feel a bit like sharks circling around their prey, and are clearly willing to lie through their teeth to sell you something. Richard does not come across like this at all. There was no spin, no flashy clothes or presentation - he came across as a down to earth decent bloke. He was also very helpful, friendly and flexible.
