ABSOULTELY AMAZING - TO ANYONE WISHING TO SELL A PROPERTY, GIVE RICHARD A CALL - HE IS UNBELIEVABLE. We first contacted Richard on a Wednesday, paperwork was emailed Wednesday/Thursday, first showing of property on Saturday (only 4 days from initial contact) - First offer on the same Saturday, Three more on the Sunday.....First offer withdrawn on the Monday - Second purchaser offer accepted...Property Sold. Allowing three weeks for buyer to proceed with what he required, we are now unconditional. What a result for all parties, particularly us. Richard excelled in performance and price. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Richard Hain for his work in selling my property. Prior to Richard being engaged to undertake the sale I had two contracts with the previous agent which fell through which I felt should not have. Richard, I felt, was right from the first meeting. He was on the job, courteous and friendly. He was always able to be contacted, if you phoned Richard, he would always return the call. So what I am saying is that I am glad I got on the Hain Train! Richard and Coronis were recommended to me by a friend who had previously dealt with him and his Agency. When I contacted Richard to forward me a marketing proposal, Agency Agreement etc, he was on holidays in Bali. Nevertheless, all emails were answered and documentation forwarded within a few hours. This prompt and efficient communication never ceased for the entire selling process. My unit was expected to take a while to sell due to local issues such as recent severe storms and a general slowdown in the local market. Initially the unit was rented out so Richard struck up a rapport with the tenant which facilitated easy and very accommodating access during Open Inspections as well as the tenant presenting the unit immaculately, especially for the advertising photos. As a thank you to the tenant, Richard bought him a bottle of champagne, at his expense! As expected the Unit was slow to sell and the tenant subsequently moved out. I took this opportunity to paint and generally dress it up a little. After this was down, Richard personally inspected it and in his own time and without billing me, vacuumed, mopped and generally cleaned up the last of the painter's mess etc. This saved me employing a cleaner for the same purpose. Living interstate and not knowing the local market well I relied on Richard for advice re current the current market value. What he stated at the start was exactly how the sale was finalised. No surprises, back pedalling etc... just good hard work. If you are looking for a very honest, knowledgable, reliable, efficient no nonesense agent then I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. I have already passed on his details to friends who are selling in the area.

I have no hesitation in recommending Richard and his team at Coronis. His communication was open, honest and importantly timely with regular updates right through the campaign. Richard had all the qualities I could ask for in an agent, I was always kept in the loop and he had my best interests at heart.
