Always working in my best interest

Richard put a lot of effort and hard work into selling my rental property. It wasn't an easy sale because the house required work and still had a 6 month lease in place. He worked well with the current tenants when doing the open homes. Richard kept the momentum going so that I had multiple offers and it was clear that he was always working in my best interest. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
