Great honest service! Easy to deal with

After previously dealing with another Real Estate and getting the impression it was "to hard" to sell as I had tenants in my property, I got recommended Richard from a family member. I gave him a call and organised to meet him the next day. He came prepared with all relevant information for the suburb and knew the market well. Together we agreed on a target that we wanted to try and get too for the property and within a week had a contract signed for above the target price.
