Tough Negotiator

As a buyer, I was impressed with Richard's negotiation skills during the purchase. Richard was very knowledgeable about the area and represented his vendor in the best possible way - he really justified the price and we ended up at a fair price i felt. Good agent who works hard for his vendors.
